Fall / Spring Co-Op

WCGS Architects is seeking candidates for an Internship / Co-Op. Internship / Co-Op terms include Spring (January - May), Summer (June - August) and Fall (September - December). Candidates should be enrolled at a University in process of obtaining a Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent. Requirements include experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit, good communication / intrapersonal skills, and an eagerness to learn the responsibilities of a Project Architect.

Understand office project development / delivery method

Perform Architectural design tasks and prepare Architectural Drawings

Assist Project Architects with a variety of projects in various phases from Schematic Design to Construction Administration
Intern Architect

WCGS Architects is seeking a full-time Intern Architect with a Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent. Requirements include experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit, an understanding of the construction industry and good communication / intrapersonal skills.

Job Role / Responsibilities include:

Perform Architectural design tasks and prepare Architectural Drawings

Upon learning the office project delivery method, Intern Architects will be responsible for independent projects with the required guidance of one of the Firm's licensed architects

Presentation to clients on projects at an appropriate level to your development
