New York State United Teachers consolidated their headquarters offices into a single facility by combining a new building with a renovated existing big box retail store. The project includes a sophisticated 120 seat lecture / training space with tiered lecture hall, a divisible 3,000 square foot training complex, three computer classrooms, six seminar rooms and a dedicated video conference center.  The new and existing buildings making up the headquarters are organized around a daylit central common area that joins them together.
