The New York State United Teacher’s Headquarters required the renovation and expansion of a big box retail building. The project included a sophisticated lecture / training spaces with tiered lecture hall, a divisible 3,000 square foot training complex, three computer classrooms, six seminar rooms and a dedicated video conference center. The 120 seat lecture hall is equipped with rear screen projection, programmable lighting and voice-actuated video and audio recording.  The Center is organized around a day lit pre-function area which provides a setting for food service.
