The manufacturing plant renovation consisted of improving program efficiencies by relocating operations in the Owner's existing 116,000 square foot facility to an existing 75,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building which was previously home to a sports complex.

The renovation included mechanical and electrical upgrades to the facility and featured an extensive program; inclusive of the main production floor / shipping and receiving facility, staff office space, research and development lab, client conference space, employee cafeteria, and employee health suite. The project was developed using the Design/Build delivery method and design / construction were both completed at an accelerated pace within one year.
