This project consisted of 74,000 square feet of renovations and mechanical upgrades to an existing pre-engineered metal building which was home to the former sports complex building.  With 60,000 square feet of new construction, it became PVA’s new Corporate Headquarters.  The project was completed under budget and ahead of the guaranteed schedule.  Project highlights include classrooms, specialty exhausts, compressed air system, Manufacturing Center, and a Research Development Center.
