Development of a Campus Master Plan to support the headquarters operations for a 500 person organization with mission critical operations over a fifteen year on-going relationship. All projects completed with full on-going operation of the existing 24x7x365 facilities, including mission critical data center and control center functions. Successfully completed projects include full service kitchen / dining facility, conference center, training facilities and a State of the Art Control Center with the largest video wall (2,300 square feet) in North America.
WCGS Architects and BBL Construction Services continue to collaborate to design, budget, develop and implement projects on an annual basis in conjunction with the facilities team without downtime for the organization. The annual volume of work varies from several hundred thousand dollars of
construction to multi-million dollar projects. Our team has had the same direct client contact since 2004 when our work together began.
