In the spring of 2017, construction was completed on this transformative adaptive re-use of the Hampden County Training School in Agawam Massachusetts. This project included the complete renovation of an existing four story, 35,000 square foot school into forty-nine (49) one bedroom units and associated common areas as well as the construction a 3,000 square foot annex building that provided two (2) additional units and common Kitchen / dining area. In 2020 the development was awarded the Mayor Thomas M. Menino Legacy Award by Preservation Massachusetts.
