Northern Rivers Child and Family Services campus on Academy Road in Albany provides housing, supportive services, education and health care to children ranging from five to eighteen years old.  WCGS Architects, BBL Construction Services, Huston Engineering, WEB Engineering and Hershberg & Hershberg developed a concept plan for a new Behavioral Health Center as part of a grant application that evolved into a Campus Master Plan and is in the process of transforming the living and health services spaces for their clients and staff.  
The new Behavioral Health Center will house twenty clients, clinical services, medical services and a full service kitchen / cafeteria.  Construction is anticipated to be completed in late summer 2019.  Phase two of the project includes the razing of an existing circa 1964 Residential Treatment Center and construction of a modern Residential Treatment Center with support services housed in the same building.  All construction was planned and phased to enable the campus to continue operation without interruption of service.
