Full architectural services provided for Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development to Construction Documents and Construction Administration.  WCGS Architects coordinated with client throughout Design Phase to ensure budget / schedule constraints were met.  The Construction Scope consisted of a three-phase, approximately 15,000 square foot renovation of the Bookstore, Cafe / Student Lounge and Support Spaces.  Work included a gut renovation and interior reconfiguration to accommodate Siena’s program requirements.  Phased delivery of Construction Documents allowed the college to complete construction within the required timeline.

WCGS Architects used 3D computer software to evaluate various interior design options and space configurations.  Utilizing our firm’s design portfolio and other student lounge precedents, the WCGS Team was able to establish a dynamic renovation concept with the college and then to quickly develop design scenarios that allowed the client to better visualize the proposed space.
